In view of developing and operating Noida International Airport, Yamuna International Airport Pvt. Ltd. (“YIAPL”) will procure material, services and products from local, regional and international suppliers. YIAPL will do so, by entering into contracts in a fair, open and transparent manner, in line with the principles lined out hereunder and procurement policy approved by its Board of Directors.
